Payment Types

Mason & Magnolia accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay. Payments can be made with all major credit cards as well as from your checking or savings account.

Mason & Magnolia is proud to offer special financing with our preferred financing provider as well as in-house layaway.

Cash, personal checks, money orders, and Mason & Magnolia gift certificates are also accepted.

Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and do not expire. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. The certificate is a negotiable item and may be transferred to another party.

Refunds

All refunds take 2-3 days from the time your purchase is returned. If your order was paid by credit card or financing your refund will be credited to that account. All other refunds will be paid by check.

Returns & Exchanges

Any exchange or return for a refund of stock merchandise is subject to inspection by Mason & Magnolia’s Service Department to insure merchandise is returned in its original condition. The original condition includes but is not limited to:

  • No signs of wear and tear

  • No scratches, nicks, or stains

  • No pet hair, smoke damage, or missing parts

All returned stocked merchandise must be accompanied by your sales receipt. Special order merchandise will be repaired, not exchanged or returned.

Power bases once delivered or picked up are not subject to return or exchange without the written return approval of the manufacturer.

All applicable delivery fees are not refundable.

Layaways

Mason & Magnolia offers free layaway on orders over $500. An item is considered layaway if the merchandise is here and not scheduled for delivery. A deposit is required on all layaway orders. Additional monthly payments of the original balance must be made on each layaway order. All layaways must be paid in full before delivery of the item. If you break or cancel the layaway agreement, 5% storage fees will be assessed on the value of the merchandise for each month the merchandise has been held. In addition, Mason & Magnolia also reserves the right to hold 50% of deposits and payments made on canceled layaway orders.

Merchandise

Stock merchandise is:

  • An item displayed in our showroom.

  • An item displayed in our showroom may be temporarily out of stock in our warehouse.

Production and arrival times vary by style, model, fabric, and manufacturer. We can not guarantee delivery dates on merchandise not in our warehouse.

Delays

Estimated delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. Mason & Magnolia cannot be held responsible and will not compensate for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a customer's order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give the customer the right to cancel the order without the express consent of Mason& Magnolia.

Special Order Merchandise

Having one of a kind item made for you can make a room special and unique. We are glad to assist you in furnishing your home. A special order is:

  • An item not displayed in our showroom.

  • An item displayed in our showroom but in a different color, size, or finish.

  • An item not stocked in our warehouse.

Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Special order production and arrival times vary by manufacturer. We can not guarantee delivery dates on special orders. If you absolutely, positively must have your purchase by a certain date, we STRONGLY recommend buying from our inventory. Special orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances once Mason & Magnolia Furniture has placed the order with the manufacturer.

If for any reason you fail to take delivery of your special order merchandise, it will result in a full loss of deposit and payments made.

As-Is, Closeout & Discontinued Merchandise

As-Is furniture products do not carry warranties. All As-Is, Closeout & Discontinued merchandise is sold as a final sale, with no returns or cancellations. Orders for these items must be scheduled for delivery or picked up within 14 days of the order being written. Special sales events may shorten this window to 7 days. (i.e. warehouse sale).

Information Accuracy

We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error and we will do our best to correct it. Please be aware that we reserve the right to change prices, terms, and specifications without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in the product description, pricing, or offers is subject to correction or verification (including after an order has been placed). We ask that you contact us directly and visit our store to confirm information about pricing, color, features, dimensions, availability, and special order lead times.
