Payment Types

At Mason & Magnolia, we make it easy for you to pay for your purchases by accepting a variety of payment methods. In addition to the convenience of using major credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, we also offer the option to pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay. We understand that flexibility is important, so our payment options extend to include payments from your checking or savings account as well. We take pride in providing our customers with various financing options, including special financing through our preferred financing provider, as well as the convenience of in-house layaway. Furthermore, we want to ensure that we cater to different preferences, which is why we also accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and Mason & Magnolia gift certificates. With such a wide range of payment options, we prioritize making the checkout process as seamless and convenient as possible for our valued customers.

Our gift certificates offer great flexibility, allowing you to choose any desired amount and ensuring they never expire. While they cannot be exchanged for cash, they hold value as a negotiable item that can be transferred to someone else.

Merchandise

Stock merchandise is:

  • An item displayed in our showroom.

  • An item displayed in our showroom may be temporarily out of stock in our warehouse.

Production and arrival times vary by style, model, fabric, and manufacturer. We can not guarantee delivery dates on merchandise not in our warehouse.

Special Order Merchandise

Having a one of a kind item made specifically for you can elevate the ambiance of any room and add a touch of unparalleled uniqueness. At Mason & Magnolia, our utmost pleasure lies in helping you curate and furnish your home to perfection. We offer a myriad of special order options, allowing you to customize every detail and ensure that your space truly reflects your personal style and preferences.

  • An item not displayed in our showroom.

  • An item displayed in our showroom but in a different color, size, or finish.

  • An item not stocked in our warehouse.

Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Special order production and arrival times vary by manufacturer. We can not guarantee delivery dates on special orders. If you absolutely, positively must have your purchase by a certain date, we STRONGLY recommend buying from our inventory. Special orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances once Mason & Magnolia Furniture has placed the order with the manufacturer.

If for any reason you fail to take delivery of your special order merchandise, it will result in a full loss of deposit and payments made.

Delays

Estimated delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. Mason & Magnolia cannot be held responsible and will not compensate for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a customer's order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give the customer the right to cancel the order without the express consent of Mason& Magnolia.

Layaways

Mason & Magnolia offers free layaway on orders over $500. A 20% deposit is required on all layaway orders. Additional monthly payments of the original balance must be made on each layaway order. All layaways must be paid in full before delivery of the item. If you break or cancel the layaway agreement, 5% storage fees will be assessed on the value of the merchandise for each month the merchandise has been held. In addition, Mason & Magnolia also reserves the right to hold 50% of deposits and payments made on canceled layaway orders.

As-Is, Closeout & Discontinued Merchandise

When purchasing As-Is furniture products, it is important to note that these items do not come with warranties. Additionally, any As-Is, Closeout, or Discontinued merchandise is considered a final sale, meaning that returns or cancellations are not permitted.

Returns & Exchanges

Any exchange or return for a refund of stock merchandise is subject to inspection by the Mason & Magnolia’s Service Department to insure merchandise is returned in its original condition. Original condition includes but is not limited to:

  • No signs of wear and tear

  • No scratches, nicks, or stains

  • No pet hair, smoke damage, or missing parts

All returned stocked merchandise must be accompanied by your sales receipt. Special order merchandise will be repaired, not exchanged or returned.

All applicable delivery fees are not refundable.

Refunds

Please note that the duration for processing refunds spans approximately 2-3 days, commencing from the moment your purchase is successfully returned. If your order was made using a credit card or financing service, the refund will be swiftly credited back to the original account. For all other refund scenarios, payment will be issued via a check.

Information Accuracy

We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error and we will do our best to correct it. Please be aware that we reserve the right to change prices, terms and specifications without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction or verification (including after an order has been placed). We ask that you contact us directly and visit our store to confirm information about pricing, color, features, dimensions, availability and special order lead times.
